According to the project, this house, located on the Volga slope, should have balconies on the second floor on both sides of the house. From one balcony – a beautiful view of the Volga River, from the other – a view of the street. Powerful brackets made of glued beams were installed, to which longitudinal and transverse ties were attached. Then the finished floor and balcony railings were installed on them, but this was done by other builders.
